In short
ChatGPT is a general-purpose assistant: a person asks a question and gets an answer. AAA AI is a working system for a company: a shared base of confirmed answers, AI employees with clear limits, request intake, a CRM, a journal and spend limits.
More detail
ChatGPT works well when one employee writes a text, reviews a document or looks for ideas. Inside AAA AI runs the Claude model by Anthropic: the difference is not how clever the model is but what surrounds it.
What happens if a manager quits on Friday
This shows the difference best. If an employee answered customers from a personal chat with an assistant, the knowledge and the history leave with them. In AAA AI they stay with the company.
More detail
- Knowledge. The company’s answers are written down, confirmed by staff and easy to find — not kept in someone’s head or personal chats.
- History. Every answer is a record with an author, a source and a time: you can see who told a customer what.
- Spend. A daily cap on model spend: once it is reached, no run starts; the cost of every answer is visible.
- Decisions. A discount, a payment, a commitment to a customer — only by a person’s decision; an irreversible action needs two signatures in the journal.
- Data. Each company’s data is isolated by database rules.
- Made-up answers. A statement without a source is not shown: if the base has no answer, the answer is an honest “no data” and the question goes to staff.
When ChatGPT is enough
- You need to write or edit a text, review a document or come up with ideas.
- One person works with it, and answers to customers on behalf of the company do not come in a steady stream.
- Staff do not need to answer the same way, with the same prices and rules.
When you need a working system
- Parents, patients or customers write every day, and several staff members answer.
- Prices, schedules and rules must sound the same whoever answers.
- A manager needs to see who answered what and to limit permissions and spend.
- Requests from the website must land in a CRM instead of getting lost in chats.
Can you use both?
Yes. ChatGPT stays a personal tool for an employee. AAA AI is where answers go to customers on behalf of the company and where a shared base, a journal and rules are needed.
Questions about the difference
Does AAA AI run on ChatGPT?
No. The AI employees of AAA AI run on the Claude model by Anthropic. The model is one part inside: it can be replaced without changing the base of answers, the journal or the rules.
Can we load our own prices and rules?
Yes. The company’s answers go into the base and are confirmed by your staff; AI employees answer only from them and show the source.
Will the AI answer a customer by itself?
The model does not: staff send its drafts. Only the website chat answers without staff — if the organisation switches it on and an auto-reply policy is approved for it: one person proposes it, another approves it, and the chat may answer only with confirmed wording, word for word, on allowed topics. Without such a policy — and by default there is none — the chat passes the question to a specialist.
How much does it cost?
