What this is
As of 4 November 2026, kindergartens have a ready set of eight AI employees from the library.
More detail
They are switched on one at a time: the administrator asks, the director switches on. Parents get answers in the chat on the kindergarten website and in Telegram — only from rules and records the kindergarten confirmed; a question outside the base goes to the administrator.
The eight AI employees of the set
- Places and a visit — whether a group has a place for the child’s age, an invitation to visit; a person books the place.
More detail
- Fees and state funding — what it costs, what is included, how state-funded places are counted; a person decides on discounts and instalments.
- Admission documents — which certificates are needed and by when; enrolment and the contract stay with a person.
- The child’s day — a short report to parents from the teacher’s notes; staff send it.
- Illness and recalculation — which certificate is needed and how fees are counted; the accountant recalculates.
- Settling in — a guide for the first days and short messages to parents by the kindergarten’s rules.
- Menus and allergies — the weekly menu and substitutions for children with allergies.
- Celebrations — an invitation and a news post afterwards; staff publish it.
Modules
- Knowledge base: confirmed answers on places, fees, the daily routine, menus and documents.
- Support: parents’ requests in one queue with a deadline and handover to a person.
- Sales: requests for a place become CRM leads with a breakdown of what is asked and who should take it.

Same in every industry
Company isolation in the database, a closed permission register, a decision journal the application cannot change or erase, and two-person sign-off where needed. AI employees only prepare drafts; payments, signatures and decisions about people stay with staff. A customer gets a staff member’s reply or, in the website chat when it is on, the verbatim text of a confirmed answer.
What this rests on
Every template of the set passed a check on test data before release. There are no kindergarten customer deployments yet — the free first week shows the result on your data.
- Not here: booking a place, enrolment and the contract — a person does them.
- Not here: fee recalculation — the accountant does it.
- Not here: mailings to parents — the platform never writes first; staff send messages.
- Not here: publishing children’s photos without a staff decision.
Frequent questions
Does the assistant answer parents in Kazakh?
Yes. It understands Kazakh, Russian and English and answers in the language of the question, with the kindergarten’s confirmed answer in that language. If there is no such answer, the question goes to the administrator.
What if a parent asks something the kindergarten’s base does not cover?
The assistant does not make up an answer: the question goes to the administrator with the parent’s contact, and a person replies.
Can we try it before paying?
Yes: the first week is free, on your own questions. Launch with our specialist takes about 20 minutes, and we add the kindergarten’s answers together.
