Does the platform replace staff?
No. It takes over repetitive preparation. Responsibility, money, contracts and decisions about people stay with staff.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a general-purpose assistant: a person asks a question and gets an answer. AAA AI is a working system for a company: a shared base of confirmed answers, a journal with the author and source of every answer, a daily spend limit, roles and a CRM. Does the AI answer customers without staff?
The model does not: staff send its drafts. Only the website chat answers without staff — if the organisation switches it on and an auto-reply policy is approved for it: one person proposes it, another approves it, and the chat may answer only with confirmed wording, word for word, on allowed topics. Without such a policy — and by default there is none — the chat passes the question to a specialist.
Where does an answer come from, and what if the base has none?
Only from answers your staff have confirmed, with the source. No answer — an honest “no data” and a handover to a member of staff.
Can the AI spend money by itself?
No. A discount, a payment, a commitment to a customer — only by a person’s decision. Model spend is capped daily: once the cap is reached, no run starts.
Where is the data kept, and can other customers see it?
Each company’s data is isolated by database rules, and tests check it. Where the server is hosted and what an external model may see is fixed in the contract before the pilot; a lawyer checks the requirements of Kazakhstan’s personal data law before signing.
Do Instagram, WhatsApp and voice work?
Instagram and WhatsApp are connected at implementation: messages land in Tickets, a reply goes out after a second person approves it, and the auto-reply sends approved answers — all written and covered by tests; a Meta app and a business account have to be set up for your company. The voice channel is built and covered by tests, but no real call has been made yet.
Does the system work in Kazakh?
Yes. The panel is in Kazakh, Russian and English: you choose the language on the sign-in screen and in Settings. The website chat works in three languages too: under an approved auto-reply policy it answers in the language of the question when the base has a confirmed answer in that language; otherwise the question goes to staff.
Do you have customers and case studies?
There are no public case studies yet, and we do not invent them. We check the product with automated tests on made-up data — that is not a customer result. Your figures are measured in the pilot.
Where do we start?
With a demo, then a free first week: the system works for a week on one of your processes. Then you choose: a plan straight away or a paid pilot of 4–6 weeks (500 000 – 900 000 ₸ one-off).
How much does implementation cost?
Launch from a ready template is free: you pay only the subscription — for the Lite plan that is 149 000 ₸ a month. Only the Company plan has implementation priced by an integration estimate. The other plans are on the pricing page. Invoices are in tenge; the final amount is fixed in the contract before work starts.
Is there a referral bonus?
Refer a colleague: for every company that pays its first month on your recommendation, your next month is free. The new company gets the first week free, like everyone.
How is a website connected?
A widget is placed on your website, the domain is declared in the project, the knowledge base is loaded and the rules for handing a question over to staff are set up.
