Write to aaa.business.os@gmail.com. It is the only contact of the product: we have no phone, messenger or visiting address at the moment, and we will not put a number on the site that nobody answers — people try to call it.
A person from the AAA AI team answers each request, on Asia/Almaty time. We do not promise a response time until one is fixed in a contract — the Russian and Kazakh versions of the site say the same.
What happens at the demonstration
Thirty minutes. We take one of your processes — the one where requests get lost now or that takes the most time — and show what the system does with it: how a request comes in, what an AI employee prepares, who approves it and where, what stays in the journal.
Nothing needs installing on your side, and there is no prepayment. The demonstration runs on the data of a fictional clinic: we will never show someone else’s panel with the real records of another company.
What is worth writing straight away
The answer will be more precise if the email covers four things. None of them is required.
- What the company does and how many people work there.
- Which process hurts: what gets lost, where people wait, what is collected by hand.
- Which request channels you already have: the website, messengers, the phone.
- Whether there are data storage restrictions worth knowing about in advance.
What this site leaves out on purpose
The product has no public sign-up: access is given by invitation, and a "try it" button would lead where you cannot get in. The request form appears when request intake is connected to the panel; until then we do not draw a field that sends nowhere.
There are no third-party counters, pixels or chats on the site: each of them sends visitor data to a third party before the visitor has agreed to anything.
Basis: the site content map. This page describes what exists in this build, not what is planned.
