The truth about our presence

We have no office in Astana, and you will find no address and no telephone number on this page: a page claiming a presence that does not exist is the first thing a buyer checks, and the first thing that stops them believing the rest.

The public site and the voice phrases are trilingual: Russian, Kazakh, English. The control panel is Russian only today — there are no interface translation files in the build, and we say that before the contract rather than after it.

Data residency in this product is a declared decision, not a default. Region, jurisdiction, who confirmed it and when are four separate values, and none of them has a default: a default here would be choosing a jurisdiction on your behalf.

Until the decision is declared, both routes out — an external copy of the database and the mail transport — are closed by a refusal at start-up, not by a warning in the log. A deployment from which nothing leaves works without that decision.

What the product does not do: it does not confirm that your configuration is lawful. The field «legally reviewed» is always false — that is a decision of the owner and their lawyer, not a conclusion of a program.

How the conversation starts

A request for a demonstration goes by e-mail. Thirty minutes: we take one of your processes apart and show what the system does with it. The product has no public sign-up: access is granted by invitation, and there will be no «try it» button on this page.
