The first week is free
The first week is free: the system works on one of your processes, on your own data. What the week includes is agreed before it starts. After that you choose: a pilot project or a plan straight away.
Nothing renews on its own: a plan starts when you have chosen it and paid the invoice.
Plans
A plan is a monthly subscription. Launch from a ready template is free; for the Company plan, implementation is priced by an integration estimate.
Working price list, 2026-10-22. The first 10 clients pay a lower price for the first year; prices may change after the first sales. The final amount is fixed in the contract.
If the first month does not deliver, the second month is free.
Refer a colleague: for every company that pays its first month on your recommendation, your next month is free. The new company gets the first week free, like everyone.
- Lite (kindergarten, learning centre up to 400 students, clinic up to 5 doctors): 149 000 ₸ a month; first 10 clients — 99 000 ₸ for the first year; launch free.
- Start (clinic up to 10 doctors, school up to 300 students): 249 000 ₸ a month; first 10 clients — 179 000 ₸ for the first year; launch free.
- Pro (school with 300+ students, a chain of up to 3 sites): 590 000 ₸ a month; first 10 clients — 399 000 ₸ for the first year; launch free.
- Premium (top school, clinic chain): 1 190 000 ₸ a month; first 10 clients — 799 000 ₸ for the first year; launch free.
- Company (company with 100+ staff, CRM and 1C integrations): from 1 500 000 ₸ a month; implementation from 150 000 ₸, by integration estimate.
What each plan includes
- Lite: WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and website chat; ready-made assistants for your industry; up to 5 agents at a time, 300 tasks a month; 5 staff in the panel, one site.
- Start: everything in Lite; bookings and reminders; we check the answers weekly and extend the knowledge base; a monthly report; up to 15 agents at a time, 1,000 tasks a month, 10 staff; a second site — 100 000 ₸ a month.
- Pro: everything in Start; the full assistant catalogue, up to 40 agents at a time; up to 3 sites, a report for each; up to 3,000 tasks a month, 20 staff.
- Premium: everything in Pro; answers in Russian, Kazakh and English; a dedicated manager; one integration included; a monthly report to the director; unlimited agents, up to 10,000 tasks a month, 50 staff.
- Company: the whole platform: CRM, the full assistant catalogue, roles and permissions; CRM and 1C integrations — by estimate; volumes — by contract.
Pilot project
A paid pilot of 4–6 weeks: 500 000 – 900 000 ₸ one-off. It is sold separately from the plans: no monthly price and no quotas — a term, a scope of work and measurable indicators.
The pilot amount counts toward the Company plan implementation if you move to it; the contract sets this out. The other plans launch free, so we do not promise to credit the pilot there.
Payment and terms
- There is no online payment: an invoice is issued and paid by bank transfer, with no automatic charges.
- Prices and invoices are in tenge (KZT). The currency switch shows an approximate conversion to US dollars, euros and roubles at the National Bank of Kazakhstan rate.
- Voice is not part of any plan yet: it will become a separate line once a real call measures the cost of a minute.

Can I pay in dollars?
Invoices are issued in tenge and paid by bank transfer. The dollar, euro and rouble figures on this page are approximate, at the National Bank of Kazakhstan rate on the date shown.
What do add-ons cost?
Another site or branch — 100 000 ₸ a month. Turnkey launch — 150 000 – 300 000 ₸ one-off. Integration with a CRM, 1C or a medical system — 150 000 – 300 000 ₸ each.
Is there a contract?
Yes. The plan, the volumes and the price are fixed in the contract before work starts; the seller details are in it too.
